The Rosenthal Up Cut Sheeter with Multi-Unwinds comes with a variety of unwind roll stand options, including cantilevered, drop-in shaft, or swinging cantilevered. Versatile swinging cantilevered stands are capable of holding rolls as light as 50 pounds and as heavy as 4,000 pounds.
A sheeter with multiple unwind stands enables you to simultaneously run multiple layers of material, potentially increasing production capacity several times over. Rosenthal Up Cut Sheeters have run with as many as 6 layers at once. Multiple unwind stands also drastically reduces material changeover downtime, since additional materials are able to be preloaded.
